CapGo AI Sheet for Sheets provides users with access to advanced language modeling capabilities within Google Sheets.
Once you have been billed for the use of our extension, no refunds will be provided. All sales are final.
Users may cancel their subscription at any time. However, cancellations must be made before the next billing cycle. You will not be charged moving forward once you've canceled, but no refunds will be provided for any previous charges.
Under no circumstances, including negligence, shall CapGo AI Sheet for Sheets, its developers, affiliates, or any related parties be responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages that result from the use of, or inability to use, the extension, including but not limited to, reliance on information obtained through the extension, mistakes, omissions, interruptions, deletion of files or email, errors, defects, viruses, delays in operation or transmission, or any failure of performance, whether or not resulting from acts of God, communications failure, theft, destruction, or unauthorized access to our records, programs, or services. You hereby acknowledge that this provision will apply whether or not we are given notice of the possibility of such damages and that this provision will apply to all content, merchandise, or services available through the CapGo AI Sheet for Sheets.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CapGo AI Sheet for Sheets and its developers, affiliates, officers, directors, agents, and employees from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
CapGo AI Sheet for Sheets reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Your use of the extension following any such changes will signify your acceptance of the revised Terms of Service.
